- Consultancy on and preparation of employment related documents - employment contracts, contracts for specific works, civil law contracts, management contracts, non-competition agreements, confidentiality and non-disclosure agreements
- Preparation of policies, regulations and procedures related to personnel management, including work regulations, remuneration regulations, promotions, training, anti-lobbying and anti-discrimination regulations, Social Benefits Fund regulations, car and telephone use policies
- Support in cooperation with trade unions
- Representation in courts
