- Analysis of laws and regulations - analysis of provisions of law and supervisory regulations in force – applicable to a particular industry or to company's operations
- Creation and implementation of internal rules and regulations - designing and implementation of internal regulations (policies, rules and regulations, codes of conduct) in order to ensure the company's compliance with law, including, e.g., codes of ethics, anti-corruption policies, confidentiality rules, Chinese walls, information security, anti-money laundering, crime prevention and detection procedures, whistleblowers
- Compliance risk management system - support in the preparation and implementation of efficient system for monitoring compliance, identifying and minimising the risk of breach of law, and responding to law breach incidents within the company
- Compliance audit - an audit to check whether the company is operating in compliance with the applicable laws and with the recommendations of the supervisory authorities, and if violations are found – recommendations on how to eliminate them effectively
- Reporting to and communication with supervisory authorities - preparation of reporting rules for specific industry, support in contacts with supervisory authorities – including representation in proceedings or in control proceedings conducted by supervisory authorities
- Compliance problem solving - support in the case of incidents of violation of law or ethical standards within the company, in developing remediation strategies and minimising a potential damage
